In what temperature range can the system be used?
The entire device operates at a temperature between -30°C and +60°C. If only the sensor is exposed to the measuring temperature: -55°C to +125°C.
What is the accuracy of the measurement?
In the range between -10°C and +85°C, measurements are taken with an accuracy of +/- 0.5°C.
eSIM CARD
Do I have to buy a SIM card to operate the device?
No, each of our devices has an integrated eSIM card. This means that no additional SIM card is required.
Does the eSIM also work outside Germany?
Yes, the eSIM card works internationally.
Which network provider does the eSIM card work with?
The COMOTIX eSIM selects the provider with the best connection at the current location for each transmission process. It works without network preference.
BATTERY
Is a battery supplied?
Yes, we include a battery and charging cable with every device.
How long does the battery last?
Once the battery has been fully charged, the device will run for approx. 1 year before the battery needs to be recharged. The current battery status is displayed in the app and you will be notified in good time to recharge the battery.
How can I charge the battery?
We supply a USB-C charging cable with every device, which can be used to charge the battery.
