All COMOTIX® Remote Condition Monitoring devices use special rechargeable batteries that are ideally suited for the purpose and function reliably even under extreme temperatures.

Battery technology is a key challenge for all detectors.

The transmission processes, especially with a bad network, require considerable current peaks from the energy supply so that all messages can be sent reliably.

For reasons of environmental protection, however, we do not want to offer disposable batteries under any circumstances, but we were looking for a battery that offers the necessary properties and still has a long service life.

The battery offered here works reliably down to -40 ° C. 

This is a replacement battery (one battery is always included in the scope of delivery of every COMOTIX® Remote Condition Monitoring detector). Allows the immediate replacement of an empty battery without any downtime of the detector.
