230V adapter for COMOTIX Contact

The 230V adapter enables the connection of 230V alarm outputs, e.g. heatings, to a COMOTIX Contact.

This makes it possible to integrate a potential fault contact into the smart remote monitoring system. The adapter is connected between the 230V fault output and the device:

The existing cable on the 230V adapter is connected to the 230V fault output.
The cable of the COMOTIX Contact is connected to the terminal in the switching adapter.

Please pay attention to the polarity of the cable:

• The brown wire to the upper "+" screw contact,
• the white wire to the lower "-" screw contact. A cable tie is included to provide strain relief for the cable.

The 230V adapteris logically a normally open contact, i.e. closed when 230V is applied. . Please set the logic in the device settings to suit your particular application..

To open the housing , insert a flathead screwdriver into the slot and pry it open
